What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 500 pieces per design, per color, for both ready-stock and custom orders.
Can I mix designs or colors in one order?
Yes. Mixed orders are welcome, but each design and each color must separately meet the 500-piece MOQ. Quantities across different designs or colors cannot be combined to meet the minimum.
What can I customize?
We support customization of size, fabric, color, embroidery, hangtags, care labels and packaging. Share your reference images or drawings and requirements so our team can discuss the details with you.
What affects the product price?
Product size, materials and the complexity of the production process affect pricing. Our sales team will review your specifications and order quantity to prepare a quotation.
How much does a sample cost?
The sample fee is normally USD 120 per design. The final fee depends on the materials and workmanship required and must be confirmed with our sales team.
Can the sample fee be credited toward a bulk order?
Yes. When the bulk order quantity for a single design exceeds 1,500 pieces, the sample fee for that design can be credited in full against its bulk order cost. This threshold applies to a single design; quantities from different designs cannot be combined.
When does the initial sample lead time begin?
The initial sample normally takes about 12 working days after we have received the sample fee and confirmed the design drawings, size, materials and workmanship requirements with you. The lead time begins only when both conditions have been met, using the later completion date.
This estimate covers completion of the initial sample. Sample revisions and sample shipping require additional time and are arranged separately with our sales team.
Can I request sample revisions?
If the design remains unchanged, multiple revisions can be arranged within a reasonable timeframe. If you change the design, please discuss the revision arrangements and schedule with our sales team.
Can I review and approve the sample by video?
Yes. We support video review and confirmation of samples, so you can discuss the sample details with our team before approving production.
When does the bulk production lead time begin?
Bulk production normally takes about 30 working days after we have received the agreed production deposit and you have approved the final sample, order specifications, labels and packaging. The lead time begins only when all these conditions have been met, using the latest completion date.
The actual production schedule depends on the order quantity and may be longer during peak periods. Please confirm the schedule for your order with our sales team. Changes to the confirmed requirements may affect the schedule and will need to be discussed.
Does production lead time include delivery?
No. The production estimate covers completion of production. Shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door are additional and must be confirmed separately. Door-to-door service is available, with freight, duties and customs clearance charges confirmed separately for your destination.
What should I send when requesting a quotation?
Please share your reference images or design drawings, target size, preferred materials, quantity for each design and color, customization and packaging requirements, delivery destination and target delivery date. These details help our team confirm your quotation and schedule.
