What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 500 pieces per design, per color for both ready-stock and custom orders. Mixed orders are accepted, but each design and color must meet the MOQ separately.

What can I customize?
Size, fabric, color, embroidery, hangtags, care labels and packaging can be customized. Confirm the specifications for your chosen design with our team.
What affects the product price?
Product size, materials and the complexity of the production process affect pricing. Our sales team will review your specifications and order quantity to prepare a quotation.
How much does a sample cost?
The sample fee is normally USD 120 per design. Our sales team confirms the final fee based on materials and workmanship.
Can the sample fee be credited toward a bulk order?
When the bulk order quantity for a single design exceeds 1,500 pieces, the sample fee for that design can be credited in full against its bulk order cost.
When does the initial sample lead time begin?
The initial sample normally takes about 12 working days after sample payment is received and drawings, size, materials and workmanship requirements are confirmed, starting from the later completion date. Revisions and sample shipping take additional time.
Can I request sample revisions?
Multiple revisions can be arranged within a reasonable timeframe when the design is unchanged. Design changes require a separate discussion of the revision arrangements. Video sample review and confirmation are supported.
Can I review and approve the sample by video?
Yes. We support video review and confirmation of samples, so you can discuss the sample details with our team before approving production.
When does the bulk production lead time begin?
Bulk production normally takes about 30 working days after the agreed deposit is received and the final sample, order specifications, labels and packaging are approved, starting from the later completion date. Quantity and peak-season scheduling may affect the lead time. Transit, customs clearance and doorstep delivery are additional.
Does production lead time include delivery?
No. The production estimate covers completion of production. Shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door are additional and must be confirmed separately. Door-to-door service is available, with freight, duties and customs clearance charges confirmed separately for your destination.
