MOQ, Sampling and Production Lead Time
MOQ is 500 pieces per design, per color for both ready-stock and custom orders. Mixed orders are accepted, but each design and color must meet the MOQ separately.
The sample fee is normally USD 120 per design. Our sales team confirms the final fee based on materials and workmanship.
The initial sample normally takes about 12 working days after sample payment is received and drawings, size, materials and workmanship requirements are confirmed, starting from the later completion date. Revisions and sample shipping take additional time.
Bulk production normally takes about 30 working days after the agreed deposit is received and the final sample, order specifications, labels and packaging are approved, starting from the later completion date. Quantity and peak-season scheduling may affect the lead time. Transit, customs clearance and doorstep delivery are additional.
When the bulk order quantity for a single design exceeds 1,500 pieces, the sample fee for that design can be credited in full against its bulk order cost.
How Custom Plush Keychains Are Made
Submit artwork and your requirements, review the quotation, and confirm the sampling brief and payment. The sample is developed for review and agreed revisions. After final approval and the bulk deposit, production follows the approved specifications, with inspection and packing before dispatch.
Quality Control and Target-Market Testing
Include the intended age group, destination market and attachment requirements in your brief. Agree checks for appearance, stitching, dimensions and hardware, and discuss any third-party testing before production. Testing scope and supporting documents are project-specific.
Packaging and Branding Options
Tell us whether you need individual packaging, hangtags, care labels or outer-carton markings. Confirm artwork, packing quantities and any retail presentation requirements before bulk production.
