Plush Toy Quality Control & Compliance
Define quality requirements before production starts. Sample approval, written specifications and project-specific inspection arrangements provide a clear reference from material selection through packing.

Quality Control from Sampling to Packing
Quality requirements should be part of the project brief. Agree the intended use, target market, dimensions, materials, decoration and packaging, then use the approved sample and specification as the reference for production and inspection.
Material and Component Checks
Confirm fabric, filling, thread, embroidery, labels and any accessories against the project specification. Discuss color references and component suitability before approval. Material or component substitutions should be reviewed with the customer.
Sample Approval Before Bulk Production
Review the sample for proportions, appearance, dimensions and construction. Record agreed revisions and approve the final sample and order details before the bulk schedule begins. Video review and confirmation are supported; physical sample delivery can be discussed separately.
Inline Production Inspection
Agree checkpoints for cutting, decoration, sewing, stuffing and hand finishing. During production, review work against the approved specifications and resolve identified differences before they carry through to later stages. Specific inspection scope is confirmed for each order.
Final Inspection and Packing Checks
Confirm the final inspection arrangements, including appearance, quantities, labels, packaging and carton markings. Discuss any buyer inspection checklist or third-party inspection requirement before production so that timing and responsibilities are clear.
Testing for Target Markets
Testing requirements depend on the destination, intended age group, materials and product features. Provide your market and buyer requirements early so our team can discuss the testing scope, documentation, laboratory arrangements and associated costs.
ASTM F963, CPSIA and EN71 Testing Support
For projects requiring ASTM F963, CPSIA or EN71-related testing, we can discuss and support project-specific testing arrangements. The applicable scope and current requirements must be confirmed with the buyer and qualified testing provider. Mentioning these standards does not mean every product is certified or covered by an existing report.
Customer Specifications and Third-Party Testing
Share required test protocols, inspection criteria and document requests before confirming the order. Reports should relate to the relevant product, materials and agreed scope. Any additional testing or changes to requirements may affect cost and scheduling.
