Fabric, Embroidery and Detail Options
Size, fabric, color, embroidery, hangtags, care labels and packaging can be customized. Confirm the specifications for your chosen design with our team.
Identify priority features such as the eyes, mouth, costume and logo. Small graphics may need simplification at the chosen size; confirm any proposed changes during sample review.
Sample Development and Revisions
The sample fee is normally USD 120 per design. Our sales team confirms the final fee based on materials and workmanship.
The initial sample normally takes about 12 working days after sample payment is received and drawings, size, materials and workmanship requirements are confirmed, starting from the later completion date. Revisions and sample shipping take additional time.
Multiple revisions can be arranged within a reasonable timeframe when the design is unchanged. Design changes require a separate discussion of the revision arrangements. Video sample review and confirmation are supported.
Review proportions, expression, colors and decoration against a written brief. Keep the approved sample and specifications as the reference for the bulk order.
MOQ and Production Lead Time
MOQ is 500 pieces per design, per color for both ready-stock and custom orders. Mixed orders are accepted, but each design and color must meet the MOQ separately.
Bulk production normally takes about 30 working days after the agreed deposit is received and the final sample, order specifications, labels and packaging are approved, starting from the later completion date. Quantity and peak-season scheduling may affect the lead time. Transit, customs clearance and doorstep delivery are additional.
When the bulk order quantity for a single design exceeds 1,500 pieces, the sample fee for that design can be credited in full against its bulk order cost.
Quality Control and Testing Support
Agree the intended age group, destination and product requirements before sampling. Appearance, construction and packing checks should follow the approved specification. Any required third-party testing, reports and costs need to be confirmed for the specific project.
Custom Labels and Packaging
Include your brand label, hangtag, care-label and packaging artwork in the project brief. Confirm placement, dimensions, packing quantities and shipment markings before approving the bulk order.
