Founded in 2018 in Jieyang, Guangdong, we specialize in developing and producing plush toys, with sampling and OEM/ODM support for customers in China and overseas.
Inside the factory
From preparing the fabric to finishing the final details, each stage contributes to the character, softness and appearance of the finished product.
Fabric panels are prepared for the shape and size of each design. Careful cutting provides the starting point for consistent assembly.
Embroidered expressions and decorative details bring a plush character to life. Thread colors, placement and scale form part of the design discussion.
Cut panels are sewn together to build the plush form. Workmanship at this stage helps define the silhouette, seams and attachment details.
Filling gives each plush its softness and volume. The intended shape and feel guide the stuffing and finishing stages.
Hand finishing brings the details together, from seam closure and trimming to appearance checks before packing.
Finished products are prepared for packing. Discuss labels, hangtags, packing quantities and presentation needs when planning your order.
