Custom Order Process
- Share your design, reference images, target size, quantity and destination market.
- We review feasibility and confirm the sample quotation.
- Sample development begins after the sample fee is received and design requirements are confirmed.
- You review the sample and approve any revisions.
- Bulk production begins after the agreed deposit is received and the final sample, order specifications, labels and packaging are confirmed.
- Inspection, packing and shipment are arranged according to the agreed terms.
Purchasing Information
- MOQ: 500 pieces per design, per color, for both ready-stock and custom orders. Mixed orders are accepted, but each design and color must meet the MOQ separately.
- Sample fee: Normally USD 120 per design. Our sales team confirms the final fee based on materials and workmanship.
- Sample fee credit: When the bulk quantity for a single design exceeds 1,500 pieces, the sample fee for that design can be credited in full against its bulk order cost.
- Initial sample: Normally about 12 working days after both sample payment is received and drawings, size, materials and workmanship requirements are confirmed, using the later completion date. Revisions and sample shipping take additional time.
- Revisions and approval: Multiple revisions can be arranged within a reasonable timeframe if the design is unchanged. Design changes require separate discussion. Video sample review and confirmation are supported.
- Bulk production: Normally about 30 working days after the agreed deposit is received and the final sample, order specifications, labels and packaging are approved, using the latest completion date. Quantity and peak periods may affect the schedule.
- Customization: Size, fabric, color, embroidery, hangtags, care labels and packaging can be customized.
- Delivery: Door-to-door delivery is available. Freight, duties and customs clearance charges must be confirmed separately. Production lead time excludes transit, customs clearance and doorstep delivery.
